Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of cohort-based leadership programs
• Coordinate participant logistics and program evaluations




• Develop train-the-trainer sessions for facilitators
• Partner with stakeholders to identify effective learning strategies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a relevant field
