AMBICO is seeking a Laser Cutting and Press Brake Operator to efficiently produce high-quality metal components in our manufacturing facility. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape innovative solutions every day.
As a critical team member working the 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM shift, you will utilize your 2+ years of CNC operating experience to program and operate cutting equipment. You will engage with the engineering team to ensure accurate productions while conducting quality inspections and organizing workflow. Your technical expertise will aid in mentoring junior staff and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Program CNC machinery for efficient production
• Operate and troubleshoot laser and press brake equipment
• Inspect parts for quality against established standards
• Collaborate with engineering on process improvements
• Maintain a protected and organized work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Minimum 2 years CNC operational experience
• Understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Certification in CNC operation is preferred
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and wear a respirator
