Key Responsibilities:
• Convert leads by responding to inquiries efficiently
• Engage the community with proactive prospecting
• Provide memorable tours that highlight club amenities
• Monitor and retain member engagement proactively
• Manage and track your sales pipeline meticulously
Requirements:
• 1-3 years in a customer-facing or sales role
• Proven skills in lead conversion and pipeline management
• Robust communication skills, verbally and in writing
• CRM experience preferred but not mandatory
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certifications
