Reporting to the Food Service Manager, you will prepare meals and ensure high-quality care for residents. Your passion for service will contribute significantly to optimizing resident experiences. Key skills include customer service, nutrition understanding, and teamwork, helping ensure that every dining moment is enjoyable and fulfilling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare meals following dietary guidelines for each resident
• Mentor new staff and enhance teamwork
• Support optimal quality of life through personalized care




• Document and report on resident preferences and care
• Ensure adherence to food safety and infection control
Requirements:
• Food Handler Certification from a recognized agency
• Preferred experience in institutional dietary services
• Ability to follow recipes and dietary orders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Clear vulnerable sector screening and recent TB test results
