The General Manager's primary responsibility is providing an exceptional customer experience while leading and maintaining the day-to-day operation of the store in compliance with policies and procedures. The General Manager is responsible to coach each team member's performance and success in their individual roles. The General Manager will promote and maintain the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving all customers. General Managers are committed to leading by example at all times, while working with team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) planLead and manage all repair facility personnelOversee hiring, training, corrective action and terminationPrepare and manage the annual and monthly operating budget of the collision centerForecast, target and track monthly sales,



profit and expensesSet performance targets and deliver formal annual performance reviews and informal monthly performance reviewsMonitor and maintain all A/P and A/R relating to the Collision CenterProvide training for all staff as necessaryEnsure all staff wear proper safety gear and adhere to dress codeOpen and close the facility daily as per established proceduresConduct or coordinate daily production meetings/walks to oversee work in progress and delivery datesManage all estimates and store capacityFacilitate monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings. Attend monthly managers meetingsAttend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by our Leadership TeamMaintain a clean and organized repair facility at all timesMonitor all maintenance required for all shop equipment, including the paint boothMaintain the The Boyd Group KPI's (Sales/ GP/ EBITA /BHPD/ NPS/ WOW Scores )Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobPost-Secondary Education or equivalentMinimum of 3 years leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar roleRequired Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesCommunicate clearly both verbally and in writingAbility to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyCapability to engage with all levels of employeesAbility to motivate others utilizing effective coaching tools and management skillsOther Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.Valid driver's license requiredPlease note,
