We are currently looking for a Team Lead - Health & Wellness to join our team of committed professionals. This Full-Time Contract (ends 30 April 2026) position within the Association is housed at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario’s Chippewa location in North Bay. Under the leadership of the Supervisor of Health & Wellness, the Team Lead – Fitness is responsible for supporting the coordinating the planning and delivery of programs and services according to the YMCA policies, procedures and standards ensuring participant satisfaction. START DATE: As Soon As Possible LOCATION: North Bay, ON RATE OF PAY: $21.63 per hour HOURS: 40 hours per week Major Responsibilities Deliver high-quality programs by instructing group fitness classes, conducting Smart Start appointments,
