The ideal candidates will work a 35-hour week, Monday to Friday, engaging directly with customers while assessing claim coverage and liability. Your expertise in claims processing and robust communication skills will be key to ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open new claims and handle situations promptly
• Interview insureds and witnesses for claims investigation




• Analyze policies to determine claim coverage
• Assess information and review damage estimates
• Ensure equitable settlement of claims and payments
Requirements:
• Claims adjuster license with exam completion
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong time-management capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in both languages
• Bilingual, interacting with both English and French customers
