HRAI is on the lookout for a focused and detail-oriented individual to fill the Jr. Program Coordinator role. You will collaborate with the Environmental Services Manager to ensure effective program administration and stakeholder engagement. This role is perfect for those who enjoy supporting environmental initiatives and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and implement environmental stewardship programs
• Keep program records and documentation up to date
• Engage with external auditors and coordinate audits
• Support outreach and marketing for environmental initiatives
• Monitor budgets and assist in financial reporting
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in relevant fields
• 1-3 years experience in environmental program coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder relations
• Experience in a trade association is beneficial
