In this role, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain food quality, and train kitchen staff. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver exceptional customer service in dining settings
• Manage kitchen operations in the Executive Chef's absence
• Train and develop kitchen staff as needed
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
• Assist in menu planning based on resident preferences
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3-5 years' experience in hospitality or healthcare
• Culinary Training preferred
• Serve Safe Certification necessary
• Strong attention to detail and positive communication skills
