Become an integral part of Southbridge's food and Nutrition Department. In this permanent part-time position, you will leverage your expertise in geriatric nutrition to assess residents' dietary needs and create tailored nutrition care plans. Collaborating closely with care teams, you will ensure that meals are not only nutritious but also delicious and enjoyable for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments for each resident
• Develop and implement personalized nutrition care plans
• Collaborate with Food Service Manager on dietary needs




• Review and approve seasonal menus for adequacy
• Educate residents and families on nutrition recommendations
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian eligible for College of Dietitians of Ontario
• 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care setting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and RAI MDS 2.0
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication and team-building abilities
