Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze daily and monthly AR data for compliance
• Process AR adjustments and write-off requests efficiently
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues




• Manage inquiries via ServiceNow and other channels
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum two years of Accounts Receivable experience
• Post-secondary education in Accounting
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP S/4 HANA preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
