As a part time coordinator, you will oversee the operation of income tax clinics and the efforts of up to 20 volunteers. You will implement efficient processes to ensure client privacy and handle eligibility assessments. Your capability in managing data and generating reports will also contribute significantly to service effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and schedule income tax clinic appointments
• Assess client needs for appropriate benefit services
• Create and manage systems for accurate reporting of services




• Train and support a volunteer team throughout tax season
• Collaborate with other organizations for client referrals
Requirements:
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills
• Experience in community health or resource centers
• Strong background in data management and reporting
• Bilingual (English and French) preferred
• Availability to work weekends during tax season
