Position: Temporary Full Time Junior Data Analyst Until Approximately 1/31/2027

Hours of Work: 8:30 - 4:30 With Some Overtime Hours As Needed

Location: WRHN @ Midtown (formerly Grand River Hospital, KW Campus)

Position Summary

- Data Management:
- Collect, verify,



and maintain payroll data accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Reporting:
- Generate regular payroll reports, including but not limited to payroll summaries, tax withholdings, and benefit deductions.
- Develop ad-hoc reports as needed to support departmental and organizational needs.
- Present findings to management and relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Analysis:
- Analyze payroll data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve payroll efficiency and accuracy.
- Compliance and Auditing:
- Assist in payroll audits, ensuring compliance with federal, provincial, and local regulations.
