Opportunity Product Owner for the Client Experience, Marketing, and Communications (CXMC) team. Reporting to the Supervisor, responsible for managing the product backlog and working with Delivery Teams to bring the product vision to life. Focus is on delivering intuitive, high-value product experiences that make customers choose to do business with us. Responsibilities Draft product briefs that define objectives, strategies, and expected results Leverage data to inform product direction aligned with business goals Engage stakeholders during visioning and concept development, manage expectations, report progress, and address concerns Perform discovery on relevant topics, initiating analysis to inform product decisions Assess and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to align the team’s work with product strategy Manage product backlog, plan iterations, and elaborate on stories for clear tasks Take responsibility for delivery of new features and updates, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure understanding of backlog items Implement user‑centric decision making, balancing user needs, IT constraints, and external partner relationships to maximize user value Continuously improve product and customer experience through user feedback, performance data, and industry trends Lead and coach team members, remove roadblocks, and provide necessary resources for their success Cultivate strategic partnerships to position Aviso as a trusted advisor and partner Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Certifications in Product Ownership or Management, such as Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner (preferred) 2+ years experience as a Product Owner or Manager, ideally in a quick‑paced, Agile environment Experience in the Wealth/Investment industry or similar products (preferred) High digital savviness with MS Office Suite, SQL/Oracle, Power BI, Smartsheet,
