Industrial Custodian – Full - Time

- Permanent full-time, 40 hours per week

Duties And Responsibilities

Our state-of-the-art facility requires a responsible, detail-oriented individual to maintain the cleanliness of our production and office areas through performing preventive and routine janitorial duties.

Your Duties And Responsibilities Will Include

- Perform productive facility maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of the outside grounds of the facility along with the production areas of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, lunchroom and washrooms according to a set daily and weekly checklists
- Daily tasks include wiping, sanitizing and dusting various surfaces
- Restocking of supplies; soap, paper towel, toilet paper
- Managing site inventory
- Salting and sanding entryways in winter conditions
- Documenting completion of tasks
- Comply with health and safety regulations
- Effectively communicate with Supervisors and Managers
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills/Qualifications





- Ability to stand, walk, climb, squat, kneel, or sit according to task for up to 7 hours a day
- Comfortable working at heights indoors
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75lbs
- Punctual, positive, qualified and helpful attitude
- Able to work as a team player among groups of people
- Strong awareness to time management
- Operate forklifts and tractors on site (training provided)
