As a full-time practitioner, your role will involve managing youth cases with trauma-informed and culturally aware approaches. You will be responsible for providing daily support, ensuring safety, and building meaningful relationships with the youth. Your cooperative work with families and support teams is crucial for achieving positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for youth
• Ensure a safe and nurturing living environment




• Build rapport and trust with youth and families
• Document and report on youth progress and challenges
• Collaborate with external professionals and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Services required
• Experience in trauma-informed and strength-based practices
• Knowledge of recreational programming beneficial
• Standard First Aid and CPR C certifications
• Clear Class 5 driver’s license required
