The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong coaching skills, conduct site audits, and implement safety training to uphold a protected working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions
• Conduct regular inspections and hazard evaluations
• Collaborate with project supervisors on safety planning
• Participate in incident investigations and documentation
• Support compliance efforts, including COR and NSC
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of safety experience in heavy industry
• NCSO designation is mandatory
• Understanding of health and safety legislation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with clean record
