This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative solutions that support our mandate to regulate and oversee insurance professionals and organizations within the province. The ideal candidate will possess full-stack development experience and demonstrate expertise in Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow).Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, customize, and support Dynamics 365 Customer Service applications to meet regulatory and organizational requirementsDesign and implement full-stack solutions using Power Pages, Power Apps,
and Power Automate (Flow).Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions that align with regulatory objectivesEnsure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise platforms and data sourcesMaintain application security, performance, and scalability standardsTroubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for improved reliability and efficiencyDocument development processes, configurations, and proceduresQualifications and Experience3+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience working in complex, regulated, or enterprise environments is an assetFull-stack development expertise, including both front-end and back-end technologiesStrong experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service module customization and development toolsStrong hands-on experience with Power Pages, Power Apps, and Power Automate (Flow)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Minimum to Midpoint Salary Range: $98,524 - $123,156 per annum. Upon hire, current employees will be placed in a starting salary between the minimum and P50 (midpoint) of the salary range.
