Be a vital part of Foundry Surrey Central as a Medical Office Assistant, providing support for youth aged 12-24. This full-time position offers the chance to create a welcoming space for young patients.
As a Medical Office Assistant, you will join a multi-disciplinary team at Foundry Surrey Central. Your role involves providing crucial receptionist duties and medical office support within a primary care clinic tailored for youth and families. You'll ensure a smooth patient experience through registration, triage, and medical office tasks while staying adaptable to competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome youth and maintain a warm atmosphere
• Register patients and utilize EMR systems
• Ensure efficient patient flow during clinic hours
• Transfer and update client information between databases
• Prepare rooms and manage clinic supplies
Requirements:
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
