You will report directly to the Lead Technologist, managing supervision and coordination of lab processes while ensuring high-quality standards. Your role includes supporting the training of team members, participating in recruitment, and continuously improving workflow efficiency. This position also involves close collaboration with the Scheduling Department to keep the operations in check.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and staff workflow in Pre-Analytics
• Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are observed
• Provide training and support to laboratory staff




• Collaborate with scheduling to align staff availability
• Engage in performance management and recruitment processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology with 5 years experience
• Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role
• Completion of competency assessment registration
• Valid BC Driver’s License is essential
• Solid knowledge of lab standards and practice regulations
