Reporting to the Team Lead of Proposals & Business Development, this role emphasizes writing high-quality responses for diverse RFPs, especially in French. You will manage the bid process, facilitate internal communications, and prepare appealing client documents using various software. A strong understanding of business practices and client needs is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality written responses for public and private sector RFPs
• Oversee the bid process, coordinating team assignments and schedules
• Prepare documents using RFPIO, Google suite,



and Microsoft Office
• Source and download new RFPs as needed
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Team Lead
Requirements:
• 2+ years of relevant proposal writing experience
• Proficient in French and English, both verbal and written
• Solid skills in Google Docs, Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage complex documents and deadlines
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if needed
