Intact is seeking Claims Adjusters to join our expanding team. Whether you have your license or need training, we’ll provide comprehensive support for your career development. You'll interact with customers to open claims, gather information, and analyze coverage while maintaining excellent communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open new claims and assist customers by phone
• Interview insureds or witnesses for their account
• Analyze policy details to determine coverage
• Make liability decisions and review damage assessments
• Settle claims fairly and confirm damage amounts
Requirements:
• Claims adjuster license preferred, training provided
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial
• Robust time-management capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and French
