Vista 18 Restaurant + Lounge is on the lookout for a reliable Second Cook to join our dedicated kitchen team. This role operates mainly from 2:30pm to 10:30pm, five days a week, and requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will contribute to an authentic dining experience while mastering food production techniques under experienced culinary leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare quality dishes for Vista 18 and Clive's Classic Lounge
• Manage the receiving and stocking of kitchen deliveries




• Maintain cleanliness and inventory of the kitchen
• Communicate equipment repair needs to the kitchen hierarchy
• Adhere to health and safety practices consistently
Requirements:
• Food Secure Level One certification required
• At least 1 year of relevant kitchen experience
• Proven multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Positive attitude and teamwork capability
• Culinary education preferred
