The General Manager works closely with finance, estimating, operations, and divisional leadership teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently, margins are protected, and operations are structured to support scalable growth. This role is accountable for building robust leadership teams, improving operational systems, and driving consistent performance across all divisions. Success in this role is defined by consistently achieving divisional revenue and profitability targets while building scalable, well-structured operations that deliver projects on time and within budget.
