In this critical role within our Quality department, you will drive the resolution of quality issues using methodologies like Shainin Red-X and DMAIC. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions. Your expertise will support automotive seating and lumbar support systems, enhancing comfort for users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise between LPA branch and customers for quality activities
• Lead resolution of escalated quality issues
• Organize cross-functional teams for root cause analysis




• Coordinate with departments on problem containment processes
• Investigate substandard test results and product defects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• At least 5 years in IATF16949 automotive manufacturing
• Solid problem-solving and statistical analysis skills
• Knowledge of APQP and PPAP preparation
• Six Sigma Black Belt training preferred
