As a key member of the finance team, you will analyze cost structures and assess performance variances. With 2 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, you will support budgeting and forecasting processes while ensuring data reliability. Excellent command of Excel and attention to detail are essential for your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain product cost calculations
• Analyze cost variances compared to budgets
• Monitor and explain profitability variances
• Participate in month-end reconciliations
• Develop analysis tools for cost tracking
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or administration
• 2 to 5 years in cost management or financial analysis
• CPA designation (in progress is acceptable)
• Bilingual English/French required
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
