Join to apply for theProduce Lead - Eataly Eaton Centrerole atEatalyCompany DescriptionEAT authentic Italian food at our restaurants, cafés and to-go countersSHOP a selection of high-quality Italian, local and homemade productsLEARN through our classes and our team’s product knowledgeJob DescriptionEnsures quality and freshness of all produce in the retail operations in accordance with Eataly’s quality standards.Ensure that produce shelves, displays, aisles, preparation and storage areas are in clean and orderly condition, and that product is adequately stocked and rotated.Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of produce (local, organic, farms, sustainability, etc.); maintain awareness of new products and regularly incorporate new products into the overall produce mix.Demonstrate exceptional customer service in accordance to Eataly’s service standards.Collaborates with the Warehouse team to maintain proper stock levels, organizing back stock and warehouse storage effectively and efficiently.Follows order and inventory procedures and receives deliveries, verifying order and invoice accuracy.Assists with delegating tasks, supervising, training and motivating Produce Associates.Maintains accurate department signage, pricing and labelling.Rotates products according to First In First Out (FIFO)
