Southbridge is hiring a Registered Dietitian for its food and nutrition department in Hanover. This permanent part-time role requires you to assess residents' nutritional needs, create individualized care plans, and coordinate with the clinical team. Your efforts will ensure that meals are not only nutritious but also enjoyable for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct nutritional assessments for residents using RAI MDS 2.0
• Develop and evaluate tailored nutritional care plans
• Maintain communication with the Food Service Manager on residents' needs




• Review and approve seasonal menus for nutritional adequacy
• Educate residents and families on nutrition and hydration
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Dietitian in Ontario
• 3-5 years’ experience in long-term care preferred
• Knowledge of geriatric nutrition and related software
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Negative vulnerable sector check required
