The Company’s primary goal is to responsibly leverage its operating platform and high-quality brownfield and greenfield exploration pipeline to build a growing value-driven gold producer.About the OpportunityThe Mine Electrician is responsible for electrical construction and maintenance of the mining operation and camp complex, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies. The incumbent also performs repairs and preventative maintenance following job procedures, industry practices, and directives from the Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor or Superintendent, planning jobs efficiently and cost‑effectively.About You – You Belong Here!You are a safety‑driven, Red Seal–certified Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical codes and mining standards. Accountabilities and Job DutiesEnsure all personal protective equipment is in place before starting any job.Notify the Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor of any unsafe conditions and refuse to perform unsafe tasks.Liaise with the Joint Health and Safety committee on health and safety issues.Maintain logbooks for equipment repairs or services.Help maintain accurate eLogger shift report logs.Provide electrical assistance to other departments when required.Perform all work to applicable electrical codes and standards (CEC/OEC, Mining M421).Work with mining operations to ensure smooth liaison during maintenance.Complete preventative maintenance and operational work orders as assigned.Qualifications and ExperienceValid Red Seal 442A or 309A electrical license and certification.Common core certificates for mining operations.Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues with underground mobile/production equipment.Experience with installation, maintenance, and commissioning of underground substations, pumps, and ventilation fans, PTOs, and starters.Strong aptitude for creating and maintaining a positive work atmosphere with coworkers in maintenance and operations.Working Conditions / ScheduleLocation: Eagle River Mine, Near Wawa, ON (Mine Site)Shift / Hours: 12‑hour shiftsSchedule / Rotation: 7 days on / 7 days offType of hire: Permanent, Full TimeTravel required based on business needsPhysical requirements: manual dexterity, use of desktop computer and peripherals; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform required movements.BenefitsBase pay commensurate with experience and qualifications.Bonus based incentive pay.Comprehensive extended health and dental coverage beginning on day 1, with short‑term disability after 3 months.Healthcare spending
