Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee technician calendars using Microsoft Outlook

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Office Administration or similar
• At least three years of customer service experience in warranty
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of residential building standards preferred
• Familiarity with warranty software like Punchlist desired
