Associate Manager, Brand & Creative Operations - Global What on Earth is DECIEM? What we are looking for We are looking for an Associate Manager, Brand & Creative Operations to support our Brand and Design teams in launching global campaigns. This hybrid position will be based out of our Toronto Head Office. Pay Range The anticipated base salary for this position is $61,000 to $70,000, with exact salary depending on experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary may vary based on geographic location. What you’d be doing in this role Manage the intake and delivery of design requests using project management software. Lead and manage campaigns from an operational perspective to support Brands, Design (and the agency, where applicable) in meeting their campaign deadlines. Assess and assign the appropriate skill set for each project based on available people resources and delivery requirements; monitor the status of projects supported by the Global Creative Design team and/or the agency and troubleshoot to ensure a successful campaign delivery. Create project support documents and timelines to support the smooth execution of campaign assets in collaboration with Brand and Creative Design Leads, designers and copywriters, agencies and freelancers. Establish ways of working with external agency partners and be the advocate for Deciem timelines. Provide ongoing maintenance of the Brand and Design Team calendars, archive all completed tasks and uphold the numbered docket system.
Lead weekly Brand & Design project status meetings and participate in other core decision meetings such as Creative Review; gather and communicate decisions made during Trio meetings to the Copy Team. Assess project intake, negotiate & communicate due dates and asset deliverables with cross‑functional teams based on the size of request, project overlaps, and availability of skill set (internally and externally). Perform administrative tasks, including building decks, slides and other duties as assigned and support the Senior Ops Manager and Ops Manager with planning and operational tasks for the Brand Pillar, as needed. Train, onboard and manage all new brand & creative hires in Wrike and the campaign process. Play a key role in establishing the Operations Team as a core function across all projects in the Brand Pillar. Skills and Qualifications Needed to Get the Job Done 1‑3 years of experience in a similar role/position, preferably in an agency environment. Experience in leading major campaigns for both Brands and Design. Knowledge of campaign workflows and a firm understanding of the Creative Process across various creative disciplines including graphic design, photography, videography, packaging graphics. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Lucid Charts and a project management software such as Asana or Wrike. Relevant education or equivalent work experience in marketing and design is preferred.
