This full-time position includes responsibilities such as preventive maintenance, repair of heating and air conditioning systems, and on-call rotations. As a valued member of our Service Division, you will work closely with HVAC teams to deliver top-notch service to our clients. Your role will also involve providing detailed takeoffs for repair quotes and supporting our construction division during start-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems




• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers about repairs and services
• Complete detailed takeoffs for quoting repairs
• Participate in on-call rotation for urgent service needs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as 313A/G1 Journeyman
• Clean driver’s license with an abstract
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Boiler experience mandatory
• Relevant HVAC certifications and computer skills
