We’re looking for a Senior Estimator to lead full-scope GC estimates across various divisions including ICI, Mechanical, Electrical, Sub-trades, etc. The ideal candidate will also play a large role in mentoring and developing Jr EstimatorsResponsibilities:Lead estimates from early design through bid close.Identify risks (scope gaps, pricing issues, constructability).Supervise and mentor intermediate/junior estimators.Build solid subcontractor relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.Requirements:8+ years estimating experience in ICI or institutional construction.Proven leadership of full-scope GC estimates across all divisions.Advanced Excel and On-Screen Takeoff; familiar with estimating software.Strong communication, hands-on, collaborative approach.Compensation & Benefits:$140,000–$170,000 + profit sharing4 weeks vacation, 10 personal daysMedical, dental, vision, RRSP & RESP support, life & disability insuranceFocus on coaching, mentorship, and growthAI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
