Reporting to the Senior Manager of Employee Health Services, you will ensure smooth disability case management while adhering to union guidelines. Your duties will include gathering necessary documentation and working collaboratively with various LDB stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work plans and accommodations. A keen eye for detail and robust communication will be needed to guide employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle high volumes of complex disability cases
• Interpret the applicable Collective Agreements accurately




• Collect necessary documentation for disability claims
• Coordinate services from Short-Term Illness and Injury programs
• Advise on workplace accommodations and support
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field
• At least two years of disability case management experience
• Proficient in interpreting policies and legislation
• Experience with occupational claims preferred
• Willingness to travel within British Columbia
