and detailed documentation with precision.Collaborative & Influential:You communicate effectively across departments and vendors, aligning people around common goals.Adaptable:You thrive in a non‑traditional work environment - sometimes remote, sometimes onsite - wherever the project needs you most.As a Facilities & Club Openings Project Manager, a typical day might include the following:Leading the full lifecycle of projects - from planning to launch - for recent club openings, renovations, and capital initiatives.Acting as the go‑to coordinator between Operations, Design, IT, Marketing, and other teams to keep projects on track.Translating big‑picture goals into explicit timelines, deliverables, and actionable plans.Hosting project meetings, tracking milestones, and proactively resolving issues before they escalated.Building strong vendor relationships to ensure quality, pricing integrity, and on‑time delivery.Issuing purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and maintaining accurate budget visibility.Driving cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements across procurement and supply chain activities.Coordinating post‑opening activities like system training and vendor follow‑up to ensure smooth operations.Documenting lessons learned and sharing best practices to continuously improve future projects.Communicating clearly and consistently with leadership and cross‑functional teams to maintain alignment and accountability.To land this role you need to have; Post‑secondarydiploma in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.3‑5 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally within retail, hospitality, or fitness sectors.Proven success in procurement, CapEx management, or multi‑stakeholder project execution.
