Build relationships that reinforce MN as a welcoming, vibrant, and prestigious Club. Foster trust and confidence through transparent communication and exceptional service. Communication & Representation Ensure clear, proactive, transparent communication regarding plans, progress and change. Keep Ownership and key stakeholders fully informed. Represent MN as a leading organization within the Harmony community, strengthening goodwill and the Club’s reputation. Governance, Strategy & Financial Oversight Develop and execute strategic plans that support long‑term sustainability and excellence. Stay current with industry trends, innovations,



and best practices. Oversee financial operations, budgeting, and capital planning with a focus on efficiency, value, and long‑term improvement. Direct maintenance, enhancement, and utilization of all Club facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and aesthetics. Plan and deliver capital projects on time and within budget.
