We are looking for an HVAC Inside Sales Representative to enhance our Nanaimo operations. In this role, you will provide information on products, handle sales orders, and maintain effective communication with customers and vendors. A customer-centric approach and a minimum of two years in sales or service within wholesale settings are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with their inquiries, both in-person and remotely
• Manage product recommendations and promotional communications
• Process sales orders by entering, picking, and packing




• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the counter area
• Monitor stock levels and communicate with the purchasing team
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service
• Familiarity with HVAC products; hydronics knowledge is a plus
• High School Diploma, HVACR, or related trade experience
• Proven ability to build relationships with customers and vendors
• Capability to learn and utilize Eclipse ordering software
