This role supports the Electrification commercial segment and reports to the PMO Manager. The work model is Hybrid. Responsibilities Lead project execution, manage resources, finances, schedule, and scope. Oversee project scope, costs, schedule, resources, risk management, and HSE. Ensure adherence to execution best practices and ABB policies. Monitor and control project financials, invoicing, costs, expenses, revenues, and cash flow. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks; pursue improvement opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and customers. Ensure compliance with PMO processes, ABB tools, reporting guidelines, and cybersecurity regulations. Guide, coach, and develop the project team; support continuous improvement of processes and tools. Qualifications 5 years of experience in project management dealing with medium complexity electrification projects. 2-3 years of experience working with Distributors / Channel partners within the electrification industry. Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, financials, schedules,



customers, vendors/subcontractors with robust, well-developed communication, influencing and coaching skills. Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Knowledge of SAP, MS Projects, MS Office applications. PMP certification is an asset. Proficiency in French is mandatory, also English to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec. Why ABB?
