Discover how you can make a difference in the lives of individuals, families and communities around the world.Job DescriptionRole SummaryReporting to the Director, Security Programs, Security, Risk and Crisis Management (SRC), the Senior Project Manager has the accountability for the end-to-end delivery of security deliverables operating in a multitude of various Project Management Frameworks; Agile, Waterfall,and Hybrid-Agile.With deep and thorough knowledge of the Project Management practice this role requires leadership through setting a positive example, driving clarification and understanding of the desired outcome, initiating and facilitating constructive dialogue to consistently deliver while getting the most out of the available resources.As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of Sun Life’s exciting journey where time-to-market and evolving business priorities are key drivers; therefore, you will be empowered to introduce better ways to help the team perform at its highest level, ensuring the team achieves their objectives leveraging quantitative and qualitative information to guide actions and make recommendations while operating within the defined timelines and budget.What will you doufiaging responsibilities of the role has been cooperating… the incumbent will be accountable to initiate, plan, manage, deploy, coach and/or influence security deliverables on‑time, on‑budget and within the required quality while being innovative, efficient, creative, scalable, adaptable, and dynamic, complying with all standards and best practices in support of the deliverable objectives.Ensures that appropriate organization, governance, decision making, and delivery structures are in place to drive value reflecting quantitative and/or qualitative results.Work closely with the Sponsor(s) and Product Owner(s) to define the desired outcome, approach,



and planning to implement and operationalize the deliverable ensuring that standard and best practice for managing are applied to plan.Provide oversight in defining the required expectations and the alignment to the identified success criteria. This involves assisting in the facilitation of discovery sessions, interviews and analysis, including the identification of functional and non‑functional specifications, and in defining the change from current to future state processes/workflows.While performing regular risk reviews proactively identify, decompose, and remove impediments (both independently or with others) to ensure consistent velocity, predictability, and flow of work supports the teams with escalations and resolutions as required.Responsible for the governance of the project budgets, working closely with the accountable Sponsor正规and confirming the actuals through the SRC Business Office.Work closely with Security Architecture on ensuring that a sound and future‑proof architecture solution is planned and meeting the technical Tengo standards, approach, and methodology of the organization.Ability to work in a multi‑site / multi‑time‑zone environment.Adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changes in business conditions.Implement and promote where applicable the use of Agile methodology.What you need to succeedMinimum 5+ years of experience in project management.3+ years belonging career as a Scrum Master in Agile delivery / transformation / training / coaching.Demonstrated ability to plan and manage large initiatives with multiple functional and technical stakeholders.Strong business acumen and project delivery skills.Excellent communication (both written and verbal) with the ability to effectively negotiate with senior stakeholders.Strong attention to detailర్థ.Experience managing projects which involve 3rd‑party managed services.Experience in leading offshoring and global projects.Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.Strong sense of “Team.”IT experience and/or understanding of Security control environment would be an asset.Formal Agile training / certification would be an asset.Experience in DevOps and Agile Toolset (JIRA, Confluence)
