Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver site orientations for new employees and contractors
• Educate on the Internal Responsibility System (IRS)
• Maintain refresher training schedules for competencies




• Oversee training programs related to protected operating procedures
• Monitor training compliance for all workers
Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of related mining experience
• Train the Trainer Certification required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Eligibility to work in Canada
