Reporting directly to the CEO, this role leads the integration of AI to enhance productivity, insight, and innovation throughout the organization. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, collaborative, and committed to applying AI in meaningful ways that support people and outcomes.What You’ll Be DoingStrategic LeadershipLead the organization’s AI initiative and long‑term strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Identify and prioritize areas across the business where AI can create measurable value.Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to improve efficiencies everywhere.Stay current of AI trends,



identifying how they can improve procedures across the company.Organizational EnablementWork with team leads across the company to identify where and how AI can support their goals.Partner with internal teams to identify opportunities where AI can complement and enhance human capabilities.Support leaders and teams in adapting to new tools and ways of working.Encourage awareness and collaboration around AI use across departments to share successful practices.Cross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with leaders across the company to integrate AI into day‑to‑day business operations.Governance and OversightPartner with internal teams to identify opportunities where AI can complement and enhance human capabilities.Support leaders and teams in adapting to current tools and ways of working.Encourage awareness and collaboration around AI use across departments to share successful practices.Qualifications, Skills, and CompetenciesWe welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences.
