This full time contract position focuses on connecting community members to essential housing resources while honouring their cultural practices. You will assist in rental applications and advocacy efforts, ensuring a dignified approach to each individual's journey while fostering community connection through cultural programming.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance on rental applications and housing referrals
• Advocate for clients with landlords and service providers
• Incorporate cultural practices into outreach strategies




• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes
• Work collaboratively with community partners for service access
Requirements:
• Experience in Indigenous community work
• Understanding of cultural protocols and teachings
• Familiarity with housing navigation and advocacy
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and tracking
