As a Directional Drill Operator at RFNOW Inc., you will be integral in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks. This position requires you to operate multiple directional drill rigs, ensure equipment integrity through inspections, and participate in general construction labor as necessary. Your expertise will enhance the daily operations of our Construction and Maintenance Team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate directional drills like JT25, JT20, and JT920
• Maintain and clean heavy equipment routinely




• Inspect equipment daily and report repairs needed
• Load, transport, and secure materials on-site
• Complete daily inspection forms and logbooks
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 or Class 3 license mandatory
• Preferred experience with underground construction equipment
• Robust verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with utility locates required
• Current authorization to work in Canada
