Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor care standards for effective delivery
• Observe and document residents’ health changes
• Administer medications according to policies
• Develop care plans collaboratively with the team
• Supervise HCAs in medication assistance
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid CLPNA license
• CPR certification essential
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Requires a criminal record check
• Proof of immunizations mandatory
