This is a new position that focuses on building, configuring, and extending the ServiceNow platform across internal and client engagements, delivering scalable, secure, and high‐quality solutions aligned to architectural standards and business requirements.ResponsibilitiesPlatform Configuration & DevelopmentConfigure and extend ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules, including workflows, business rules, UI policies, client/server scripts, and catalog items.Build and maintain automation using Flow Designer and related tools.Support Virtual Agent and self‐service experiences as part of automation and deflection strategies.Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub where required.Technical Quality & Platform HealthEnsure configurations and customizations align with ServiceNow technical standards and architectural guidance.Support platform upgrade readiness by minimizing technical debt and participating in regression testing.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the platform.Document technical designs and configurations for long‐term maintainability.Collaboration & DeliveryCollaborate closely with Functional Consultants, QA, and the Solution Architect throughout the delivery lifecycle.Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and solution design discussions.Support UAT, deployment activities,
