Director, Real Estate, Leasing and Portfolio PlanningPosition SummaryReporting to the Associate Vice‑President, Portfolio and Business Strategies, the Director, Real Estate, Leasing and Portfolio Planning is responsible for providing leadership in capital planning, overseeing the lifecycle of real‑estate assets, and managing real‑estate services including acquisition, development, and divestment of portfolio assets. He/she/they will develop and implement an integrated real‑estate portfolio strategy, partner with branch executives on directly‑managed properties owned by BC Housing and the Provincial Rental Housing Corporation (PRHC), support the AVP in the development and implementation of branch initiatives, and direct the administration functions of the Real Estate and Leasing Team.Job ID : 6608Location : Burnaby, B.C.Employment Type : Full‑time (Regular)Salary Range : $145,634 – $171,334 (Annually; commensurate witheducation, experience, and internal parity)Candidate Profile – Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Urban Planning, Business Administration or a related field.Extensive experience leading major real‑estate portfolios, stakeholder consultation, economic and sustainable development, heritage conservation, and First Nation agreements.Extensive project development/management experience in a public‑sector organization, with considerable experience in developing economic opportunities.Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience acceptable to the Employer.Candidate Profile – Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExtensive knowledge of planning, design, renewal, redevelopment,
