Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm sample identification and meet specimen requirements
• Conduct routine testing and maintain laboratory equipment
• Uphold quality control standards and troubleshoot issues
• Approve test results and ensure exact recording




• Address and report incidents or procedural non-conformities
Requirements:
• Valid CSMLS Registration in good standing
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting ability
• Experience in Hematology or familiarity with accreditation standards is desirable
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and withstand environmental demands
