You will work in a dynamic, high-volume environment with opportunities for client interaction and collaboration. You will manage complex immigration matters, provide strategic legal advice, and build strong client relationships while contributing to thought‐leadership initiatives.What You Will DoManage a high volume of corporate immigration cases under strict deadlinesSupervise and mentor a team of support staffProvide strategic legal counsel on PERM, IV,



and NIV matters while ensuring complianceDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsTrack case progress to monitor timelines and client satisfactionConduct legal research and draft advisory opinionsNotify clients of immigration law changes and prepare alerts for publicationStay current with developments in immigration lawWhat You Bring To The RoleLaw degree from an accredited institutionAdmission to a US Bar in good standingMinimum 3 years of experience managing high-volume NIV casesKnowledge of PERM, I-140 petitions, and I-485 applicationsExperience with employment and family-based consular immigrant visa applicationsStrong legal writing and technical knowledgeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and legal case management softwareProviding you with the support you need to be at your bestWe are committed to fostering an inclusive recruitment process where all candidates can be themselves and excel.
