The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Heavy-Duty Equipment Technician Apprentice to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations.

The position will be based in Greater Sudbury (Onaping), Ontario.

This is a full-time, permanent, unionized position.

The hourly wage for this role ranges from $40.80 to $42.97 per hour, with wage progression based on apprenticeship level and hours completed, the position is eligible for applicable bonuses.

This position is being posted to fill an existing vacancy.

Work location is not accessible by public transportation.

Education

- Completion of a Post-Secondary Diploma Program (exempt from Trades School) or;
- Proof of exemption from Level 1, 2 and 3 Trades School or;
- Completion of all 3 levels of Trades School
- Acceptable work experience that includes 2 years of trade related work experience
- Grade 12 diploma
- Proof of Valid Drivers License
