Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver personal care services to clients in their homes
• Follow and implement established care plans
• Maintain documentation of client care activities




• Assist clients in mobility and daily living tasks
• Collaborate with the care team for best outcomes
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 education
• Certificate in Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide
• Preference for experience in a community or home care setting
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Robust ability to respect confidentiality and work independently
